Press Release: Hickam FCU recognized on Hawaii Business Magazine's Best Places to Work for a Fourth Year

HONOLULU - APRIL 12, 2023 - Hickam Federal Credit Union was recognized on Hawaii Business Magazine's Best Places to Work list for a fourth consecutive year. According to HBM, only 76 organizations made it to the 2023 list with an average employee engagement of 90%. In comparison, the national average is 23%. The ranking was determined through a study HBM conducted in partnership with Workforce Research Group. The final score for each organization was comprised of 80% employee responses and 20% representative responses.
