How to use Hickam FCU Audio Response.
- Have your member I.D. number (located on your statement under statement period) and Personal Identification Number (PIN) ready.
- Then, dial 218-6000 (on Oahu) or 1-866-903-4328 (toll-free from Neighbor Islands and the Continental U.S.).
- Wait for the greeting and then follow the voice prompted instructions.
- Listen for the following Hickam FCU Audio Response menu options:
Press 1 to access an Account to work with.
- Enter your Member I. D. number.
- Enter your PIN (or the last 4-digits of your Social Security number if this is your first time using Hickam FCU Audio Response)
- You will then be offered a series of options depending on the accounts you have with the credit union. For example: To work with: “Savings”, Press 1, then listen for a series of Transaction Options. To work with: “Regular Checking”, Press 2, then listen for a series of Transaction Options.
