Mobile Wallet is a service allowing you to load your Hickam FCU Debit Card on to your mobile device. You can then use your mobile device at merchants that accept digital payments through Apple Pay and Masterpass.
Using Mobile Wallet is free! However, third party charges such as wireless carrier message and data rates may apply.

As an extra layer of security you may be prompted to call Hickam FCU using the primary phone number listed in the credit union records prior to authorizing use of Mobile Wallet. For debit card verification, you may be asked to provide the social security number, which will be the primary member’s number. This is to help protect the card from being fraudulently added to someone else’s device in the event the card is lost / stolen and / or the personal card information is compromised.
Yes! Your personal information such as account number, CVV, name, etc. is never stored on the device, nor seen by merchants. Instead, a unique digital account number (token) and is generated and sent back to the device and stored securely.
Yes, you may remove cards at any time.
When an enrolled card expires, you will need to remove the old card and add the new card information.
Please contact our Call Center to suspend the card for use with Mobile Wallet. You may continue to use the physical card, or request to cancel the card and receive a new card.
If you are able to recover the mobile device, contact our Call Center to reinstate the card to be used for Mobile Wallet. Otherwise, we recommend canceling the old card and request a new card which can then be added to the new mobile device.
To report your Hickam FCU Debit Card lost or stolen call: 808-423-1391 (Oahu only) Or Toll-free 800-432-4328 (Neighbor Islands & Continental U.S.). Then remove the lost/stolen card from your Mobile Wallet. When your new card arrives, add the new card to Mobile Wallet before making any purchases.
Just like any other purchase, you will be able to return a purchase made with Mobile Wallet. During the return process, the cashier may ask for the last four digits of your Device Account Number. This is usually the same as the last four digits of the Debit Card account number, but can be checked by opening the Mobile Wallet app and bringing up the card. The last four digits of the Device Account Number will be displayed on the card in Mobile Wallet.
