Yes. As always, Hickam FCU continues to protect the confidentiality and security of your online financial activities. Mobile Deposit is simply a component of Hickam FCU’s mobile app. The same technology we use to protect you and your accounts while you’re using our app keeps you protected while using Mobile Deposit.
Simply download the Hickam FCU Mobile Banking Android app or Apple app, available for free download at Google Play Store or Apple App Store, then register within Mobile Banking.
Mobile Deposit is available to Hickam FCU members in good standing. Mobile Deposit eligibility is determined on a daily basis and can be revoked at any time without notice.
No, Hickam FCU does not currently charge any fee for using Mobile Deposit.
Yes, there are limits to the amounts but No limits to the number of checks:
Checks must be endorsed by all parties listed as payees on the check.
The term, “For Hickam FCU Mobile Deposit only”, and your Signature and Date of Deposit.
Deposits made before 2:00 p.m. HST on Monday through Friday, will be reviewed that same day. Deposits made after 2:00 p.m. HST on Monday through Friday, will be reviewed the following day (if the deposit is made on a Friday, it will be reviewed the following Monday).
Note: Funds from the check will be made available in accordance with the general terms and conditions of our Funds Availability Policy previously provided to you, as amended from time to time.
While in Mobile Banking, click the Deposit History tab, then select View Deposit History. Next to your deposit, an icon will indicate the status of the deposit:
While in Mobile Banking, click the Deposit tab, then select View Deposit History. A list of your scanned deposits will display. If you select the deposit, you can view the deposit details, along with a copy of the front and back of the check.
Deposit history is available for viewing online for 30 days with your mobile device. Check images captured by your mobile device are available for 30 days. For deposit history or check images older than their available timeframe, contact us at 808-423-1391 or 1-800-432-4328.
Checks deposited using Mobile Deposit should be securely retained for sixty (60) days. After this time, the original check may be destroyed.
